Our Terms
Our terms are as follows. All orders require a 50% down when the order is placed before we can actually start on the job. The remaining 50% is required one week before the arrangements for the delivery of the mausoleums are made. Most mausoleums require at least 8 to 10 weeks for completion, but some made from our exported granite colors may require more time to complete, which will be discussed when the order is placed. Some of the smaller mausoleums take less time to complete. We will give you an approximate time of delivery when placing an order. We don’t guarantee a delivery date because things can happen to slow the job down. This hardly happens, but we still don’t guarantee a delivery date. That being said, we do all our jobs in a timely fashion, and we do keep you updated on your mausoleum as it’s coming through the plant. We can also email you pictures of the progress. 2 weeks before the job is completed, I will call to confirm that the foundation has been poured, and then I will give you a delivery date so you can schedule a crane to set your mausoleum. All rigging needed to set our mausoleums will be sent with the mausoleums when delivered and sent back with the truck unless arrangements are made prior to shipping.
